The thing that I like about the 15 is that people are for once deciding to not "upgrade" from the model they just bought, not even a year ago. Like... yes... It's almost like you don't need to buy a new phone just to have the newest version, especially when almost nothing changes. This consumerism bs needs to stop and tech companies should take a year off or something, there's just nothing new or revolutionary.

Switching from the S10 to the S23 Ultra has a lot more changes than switching from 11 Pro to 15 Pro Max.

I was skeptical like you at the beginning when Apple announced the iPhone however from someone going from an iPhone 12 Pro to the 15 Pro Max was a drastic change. Expecting drastic changes year over year is just not the norm anymore.

The main changes are camera, processor and USB c. Older processors are good enough, older cameras are good enough as well. USB C can be added to older gen.

The environment thing is funny. Piles of good hardware are going to landfills due to their flawed activation model.

I love my new iPhone 15 Pro! I dont agree with any of these guys!. My phone is gorgeous, makes great photos, doesnt overheat(have no idea where this problem was invented from) and its fast as it is sharp. I think YouTube is becoming more and more like the tabloid newpapers,"build things up so you can tear them down". Of course, I didnt upgrade to the 14 pro when it came out, or the 13 pro. I am upgrading from the iPhone 12 Pro. I have never upgraded year to year. I use a phone for at least 3 years before upgrading, so I probably notice bigger differences, since I had plenty of time to get used to everything about the phone i own, before trading it in on a new one.

I just don't see a reason to pay 900-1400€ for a phone, if a 350€ android device is perfectly capable of doing all I need. And the facts that Apple can't put at least a 90hz display into 900€ phone just shows that they are real assholes.

Isn't this how it is with every iPhone release? There are always people crawling out of the woodwork just to hate and complain about it year after year.

I agree I wish Steve Jobs was still here he would have made some real big changes, but maybe for the iPhone 16 next year we will see something because I’m still fine with my iPhone 13 Pro Max no need to upgrade

SO the 15 pro is just a 14 pro with $30 of titanium skin bonded to the aluminium frame of a 15 instead of stainless steel? With a slightly curved edge, not sure anyone is gonna rush to upgrade then, other than fangirls.
