That car left the ground and was about to fly except for the crash!! It was just nose heavy, but you corrected that! I will be waiting for the next attempt!!!!

Offset wings could have some effect at takeoff due to wing-in-ground effect, but I also don't think that's what happened.

Please be careful with carbon fiber dust, that stuff ist nasty. Personally, I saw it under water but at least a face mask is highly recommended. Also, if I was doing CAD with a touch pad instead of a mouse it would take me at least twice as long.

I think you are getting very close on the flying car, the aerodynamics seem to work adequately, but your weight versus lift is problematic. Just a suggestion, ditch the heavy wheels and replicate them out of a foam material, something like close cell foam that is used in insulation for example. Also make the new wheels narrower, to reduce the drag.

I know you're more of a plane guy, but have you ever thought about making a helicopter car? 😜
