They did turn out like other brands. I'm a NP2 user. The audio speaker bug has been bugging many users since day 1 for almost 2 months. Nothing has stopped addressing and replying to customers in regard to that issue.

Man I was on thr fence about upgrading to the nothing phone with some new ear buds. The approach the CEO is taking is exaxtly what i want to support in a company. It's similar to how manufacturers reach out to Gamers Nexus for feedback. More companies need to do this so we get what we want as a community and companies know what to make.

Continue this, and I'm gonna buy into the brand soon. Transparency, letting go of ego for the sake of improvement, caring about consumers, using prior knowledge and seeking new one and just showing your journey is a HUGE HUGE thing that most companies lack, and we all love to see. Hey guys! Many of us have been experiencing one issue, regarding the volume of speaker. The first 50% of the volume bar is practically silent, and even when I push the volume all the way to 100% the sound is not that loud. Please forward this to the concerned team. Hoping it to be fixed in the next update. An equilizer setting for speaker would be appreciated.

My indefinite worry with wireless earbud is about whether the person who's on the phone with me can hear me well and how well they can hear me in a noisy environment besides just sound quality, nevertheless it's really nice there's sound customization. Good work Team Nothing on huge improvement from your previous product!

That's an awesome video, I'm glad you got to take some feedback from the audiophile community ! You will remember that Humility and willingness to take corrections over your mistakes is what build peoples trust. It pays way more than any marketing fluff that try to create artificial hype or plays on peoples stupidity. For your decision to reach out I'll give you double thumbs up. When brands treat their customers like a dear friend they get to build the asset of Honorable Reputation (something scummy peoples will never achieve). It's OK to make mistakes when designing stuff but by all means avoid doing it on purpose other wise you will be wasting time and resources. Ruining a good design is so easy in audio specially where variation in tuning or fit can brake a product.

I have been using the Nothing ear 1s for more than a year right now. Honestly its sound quality, noise cancellation is pretty good. The problem I faced recently was that the ear 1s glue came off, as in the ear piece side got detached. It happened to both my left and right side buds. You definitely have to fix the fit of the earphones as the glue attached is very delicate.

Much respect to Carl and his team! Instead of ignoring users opinions, they turned it into constructive feedback! Kudos!

this is so unique and different. I believe more than the aesthetics, its the community which makes a huge difference between nothing and other brands. they have been transparent since day 1! they're truly compare yourself to yourself and keep on imoroving.

I really like this, unlike the other big brands nothing is constantly in touch with its community and creating a product that the user is comfortable with. I believe accepting flaws, mistakes & rectifying them is what sets you apart. Also, providing updates on what is going on, what has happened & why it happened projects your transparency & honesty that entices you to be a part of Nothing. I wnat to admit this that I have not yet purchased the nothing phone but I really want to because I love its OS but since I am a content creator on a budget who shoots all the footage using the phone cameras, I am waiting for the cameras to get better in the next iterations of the phone to come. Eagerly waiting !!

Fantastic, I'm binging these videos and my confidence in this brand keeps increasing. My current phone is a OnePlus 8T, but that brand's ship sailed with Mr. Pei. My next phone will either a Pixel (8 years support?) or Nothing 3. Hopefully after that, Fairphone will have expanded and developed enough for me to commit to them.

Love this. Actually I was quite taken away with the EQ thing going on while I didn't have an ear 1/2. But taking feedback in such a way is what is missing in MAJORITY (ALL OF THEM) TECH COMPANIES.

I switched to Nothing Ear (2) from Enco X (Dynaudio). I think Ear (2) has almost caught up with top tier earbuds inspite of being a new brand. The first area where Ear 2 lags behind Enco X by a really small margin is sound quality. I would like to stress that Enco X and X2 are legit class in terms of sound quality and coming close to it already means a lot. Besides , the aesthetic of Ear 2 more than makes up for that small gap. I also felt that Enco X was just a little more comfortable, comparatively. However, comfort varies from person to person because we have slightly different ear canal anatomy. Again, please note that the general consensus in reviews is that the Ear (2) is one of the most comfortable earbuds. It's not false because these are already very comfortable for me too. Then you have got personalized sound, Equalizer adjustments etc. in Ear (2) which make up for this shortcoming. Please note these earbuds have an average battery backup which quickly falls below average when you switch on dual device connectivity in Ear 2. Fully charged Ear 2 last 2 hrs in Zoom meeting with ANC and dual device connectivity switched on. Then I have to put the buds in case.

This is an amazing company. I hope they continue their style or nature in the future too.

I have so far not been swayed by any Nothing products. But this CEO makes me want to be a part of their community.

As a happy nothing consumer, i do have to say. These last months more and more people encounter an issue with the Ear(1) as Stick(1. Because they're transparent its hard to glue the parts together without showing it so they only did the edge. Only now the glue doesn't seem to stick anymore and it looses from the plastic parts. I hope it won't happen to my Ear(2). This is no backlash at the company for calling their products terrible. I really enjoy my phone(2). Its just something more and more people are experiencing lately.

I really like Nothing's quality of build, and all of the products design aesthetic. With a bespoke and simple custom software launcher for their Phone range, all developed for performance and a rich user experience. Nothing's Ear bud range are sculptured for comfort, feeling light yet robust in the ear and without fear of falling out. Their character in my opinion gives great sound staging, imagining all the right levels of highs and lows along the listening spectrum, while the Nothing software allows the user to tailor the frequencies to there own unique needs, as the Nothing company development grows and their product lines increase, i really look forward to what innovations lay ahead from the Nothing team.............can't wait for the 'Nothing Watch'

Massive respect to the nothing team on the Phone 1. To be very honest I bought this device as a stop gap due to budget issues after my OnePlus 6 failed. And my gosh I just don't want to go out and buy another phone now. It's close to perfect for the price. And with the nothing OS2.0 update, I'm just thrilled to own the phone one. Looking forward to more guys.

My biggest issue with the Nothing 1 was the weird fit. Maybe it was just me but the material and the design would rub with the inside of my ears and it resulted in this weird sensation that was unbearable.

It's crazy how seeing a company take feedback seriously and do the right thing feels so weird and unusual

The great thing about Carl, is that still doing what he did when he was at OnePlus, listening to what people says to improve their products, I hope the Phones 3 comes with a Periscope or at least a nice telephoto lens.

Its amazing how nothing is adapting to the changes within the community, Sounds were figured out loved the concept of EQ QR code also the same goes for the new composer on nothing os 2 . I would see how we can improv the Haptics and give it a hammer like feedback, can we have 2 different haptics with different frequencies.

I had bought both color options of the Nothing Ear(1)s - was happy with the sound quality and features - but horribly disappointed with the build quality. Both ear(1)s had at least one ear bud that separated down the middle and split open within a few months. Was surprised as I did not use the ear(1)s for workouts or outside. They were exclusively used at home to watch media as i did not want to take them out and rough use them. Hope they improved the glue and build quality on the future earbuds.

Being a OnePlus user from the very beginning,i always loved your approach.I am using OnePlus 9 pro now and green line issue on the screen appeared and now OnePlus can't service it,because of shortage of spares instead they are giving vouchers to upgrade. As a consumer its really disappointing, right now I can't afford buying a premium device again and there is nothing that company can do to help me. Watching the way you guys are approaching towards providing the best user experience to your customers i wish you the very best. Not sure if Nothing would have done this if they were not a start up company? Approach/ego would be completely different if it were any other earbuds company IMO. I'm interested but what does this review really say? similar to standard hearing levels but different (Nothing). I am going to check out more reviews of NOthing earbuds 2. Overall, I enjoyed this interaction and approach of NOthing to make their product better.

I absolutely love my nothing ear 2 earbuds! I mostly use my earbuds for phone calls I do listen to some music and some podcasts but mostly phone calls and they are incredible for that much better than the Apple AirPod pros The only complaint I have with the nothing ear 2 is the case it's too big if it could be trimmed down or made smaller and more pocketable these would be the best earbuds ever

I got a pair of Ear 2 black and I love them. I really like the look and the sounds quality. My only complaint is the system sounds. The sounds they make when they connect or disconnect from a device. They tend to be louder than the media I'm playing and hurt my ears. I also really don't like the woman's breath sounds when putting them in transparency mode. I've never liked that kind of ASMR and it's horrible to hear. I just wish there was an option in the app to disable those sounds.

I love Nothing products . Phone 2 is a beautiful phone . The lights are not a gimmick . With the essential glyph notification it helps me keep my phone face down and not worry about distractions. Updates have been great so far . My phone still does restart out of nowhere . I wish there were more nothing apps .

I was going to buy nothing ear 1 and was searching on youtube about the sound quality of the buds and then I stumbled upon DMS channel and his video on the Ear 1. Honestly, I bought one plus buds pro after watching the review and I am so glad that NOTHING company actually cares about their product and not just want to sell another gimmick to their customers. These are the things which make customers loyal to the brand

When you collaborate with a reviewer, you gain the approval and support of that reviewer and his fan community, which is a smart media move. But from a user's perspective, I think a manufacturer should have a serious research process for their products and an independent direction of their own that will create unity in their philosophy. current products and future products. Because in my opinion, technology products are not the same as fashion products, they cannot change too much in vision between generations, which will cause users to be disappointed in the short-term vision of the manufacturer.

Best sounding earbuds I've used. So cool of Nothing to be humble like this and ask for help. I wish more companies did this.

My only issue with the Ear(2) is wearing them outside on a semi-windy day, it's like I can hear the wind passing through the earbud mics and feel disruptive to my audio listening experience

I liked the EQ share option. It's amazing. I love tuning EQ and I do go for the best sound quality not the product... costly things aren't always good.

The ear 2 are good, I tried them. What I dont really like is the case. To me it felt kinda cheap. Also, while the sound is really good after enabling the custom eq, the transparency mode is just not there. Anc though is good. I personally like the Beats Studio Buds+ more in any way. But I coud definitely see how a 3rd generation Nothing ear will be one of the, if not the best TWS in-ear.
